I am Jen — an AI consultant with 25 years of hands-on hospitality management across city hotels, casino resorts, restaurants, and short-term rentals.
I have opened 4 hotel chains, led multiple full-scale renovation projects, owned and operated my own restaurant, and built a 9-year Airbnb Superhost business from the ground up. I have sat in every seat at the table — GM, operator, owner, and host.
